Warranty conditions

• UAB "Grometa" (hereinafter - the Seller) is responsible for its work and provides 100 percent quality guarantee for all your goods and services. All goods are guaranteed in accordance with the guarantees provided by the suppliers and the law.

• The seller is responsible for the quality of the goods sold and guarantees their quality work in the equipment for which they are intended. If the cartridge sold by the seller does not ensure the quality of the device, the seller undertakes to replace the defective product with similar goods of suitable quality at its own expense. In the event that the Seller does not have similar goods, the money paid for the goods shall be refunded to the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

• All refilled, remanufactured or new (equivalent) cartridges have a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty obligations are only valid if the following requirements are met:

• the product is purchased from GROMETA, UAB and you have documents proving it;

• the product has been operated correctly and in accordance with its purpose;

• The failure of the product is not caused by external environmental phenomena such as: dust, lightning, power surges, chemicals, various electromagnetic fields, unless the product must be resistant to these external environmental factors according to the manufacturer's specification. Defects in the goods are not due to the fault of the buyer, end buyers or other persons and are not due to normal wear and tear of the goods;

• The toner / ink level of the returned item must be at least 50%.

• the defect of the returned goods must be described in detail and a test sheet reflecting the defect must be attached;

• intact special warranty sticker of the Seller.

• The seller warrants that with a refilled, refurbished, or purchased laser printer and a refilled inkjet or copier cartridge, you will print at least as many pages as promised by the original equipment manufacturer in accordance with the ISO 19752 yield standard (at 5% coverage for A4 paper).

• The Seller reserves the right not to fulfill the warranty obligations if the Buyer has not paid for the purchased goods.
